Our rates

VanMan contracts all work by email.  We offer both fixed price (quoted) and by the hour (estimated) service proposals. Please tell us about your moving requirements by completing our on line form and we will respond promptly.

We invoice on completion of the work.

Travel Time

Travel Time is advised (quoted). It is the time we expect to take traveling to the job or returning from the job, or both.

Service Time

Service Time is charged at the advised rates in 15 minute intervals.

Heavy Items

Very heavy and very awkward items may attract a surcharge. Please discuss these items with us prior to the service and we will agree this cost with you.

Milage

Mileage at a rate of 90 cents / kilometre will be applied to cover the cost of operating our vehicles – fuel, road user charges, licensing, maintenance and insurance.

Sunday Rates

VanMan does not generally book work on Sundays. We may agree to book work on Sundays to accomodate customers when they have no other option, or at peak times.  We will advise our rate or provide a fixed sum service on a case by case basis.

Other Charges

Costs reasonably incurred in the delivery of an efficient service will be passed on to you. These include packing materials, parking fees and fines where these are unavoidably incurred in the interest of efficiency.
