Please use the form on this page to make a Booking Enquiry. We’ll respond promptly with a Service Proposal to confirm our availability, provide a cost and advise our terms of trade.

We thank you all for a successful year and we wish you the very best for the Holiday Season and for the New Year.
VanMan will be closed from Friday 20 December to Sunday 5 January.
We will reply by email to Booking Enquiries made over this period. We will be back on Monday 6 January, rested and ready for a busy summer.

Ask a quick questionThe cost of your move will be determined by four things:
- Good information — Please tell us what we need to know so that we can attend with the right resources; trucks, men, materials and equipment
- The load size — Please provide us with a list of the larger items (beds, cabinetry, couches, white ware etc.) and your best estimate on how many boxes, bags, pot plants and sundry items you would like us to move. If you are unsure, can you provide a range? 10 — 15 or 80 — 100.
- Access to the properties — Please tell us if we’ll need to carry up or carry down stairs or a pathway. If you have elevator access, will you have a dedicated lift and a lock-off key?
- Your preparation — Please let us know if you need assistance to pack and prepare your goods for loading.
When you book, please also let us know if your move:
- Is time critical — Are you are moving on settlement day, will you need to “pick-up the keys” or do you have time-allocated elevator access, or would your move just be more efficient at a quieter time of day?
- Requires load preparation — Would like us to dismantle beds, tables, shelving or other items.
- Requires packing assistance — Would like us to pack the garage, the kitchen and living rooms or the whole house?
- Includes heavy items — do you have a kiln, spa pool, outdoor oven, piano, solid cabinetry or planters.

Please note: Additional costs may be incurred when we accommodate the relocation of under-described or unprepared loads, unadvised access challenges and last-minute requests.
